Banks are financial institutions that have an important role in the country's economy, namely providing payment transactions as well resources needed to finance development. Financing products common sharia banking system also conventional, including FLPP mortgage, which is a home loan facility product for low-income people. The type of research used qualitative research. Qualitative retrospective study studies natural conditions distributing cannot be separated from marketing strategies.
